Scope and who we are

These terms cover the public website only. The Owner Portal and Resident Portal, which need an invitation and an account, are covered by the separate Portal Terms. How information is handled is described in the Privacy Notice.

A property shown on the website may be owned by a person or business other than the one operating the website.

Property information

Listings show addresses, descriptions, photographs, availability and advertised rent as supplied by property owners and management. They can change or be out of date. Please confirm current details, including availability, rent and any fees, with the property’s authorized representative before you apply or decide anything. Photographs and descriptions are illustrative.

A listing, an inquiry or an application does not reserve a property, decide eligibility or create a tenancy. A rental relationship exists only under a lease or other valid agreement that the parties have actually made.

We do not discriminate in listing, advertising or renting properties, and we do not want advertising that suggests a preference or limitation based on a protected characteristic. Tell us at bespokepropertymanagement215@gmail.com if anything on the site looks inappropriate.

Application links and other websites

Some listings include a link that opens another website where an application may be started. That website, and any fees, screening or terms it uses, belong to someone else. This website does not collect applications. Check the destination, its privacy information and any fee disclosures before you submit anything. A link from this website is not an endorsement and does not make Bespoke responsible for another party’s site.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and considerately. Please do not try to reach restricted systems or private records, impersonate anyone, interfere with the service, introduce malicious material, copy the site automatically at a harmful scale, or use it to commit fraud or discriminate unlawfully.

Website materials

Text, photographs, branding and other materials may be protected by rights held by Bespoke, property owners or others. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not republish or reuse the materials commercially without permission, except as the law allows. To ask permission, or to report material that appears to be used improperly, write to bespokepropertymanagement215@gmail.com. The public website does not let you submit content, so these terms do not ask you for any rights in your own content.

Availability and help

The website may be interrupted, changed or unavailable. If you cannot access information, or need help with a listing or an application process, contact bespokepropertymanagement215@gmail.com. For an emergency or immediate danger, contact emergency services; this website is not monitored for emergencies.

Your rights and the limits of these terms

These terms do not replace a lease or any signed agreement, and they do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including fair-housing, privacy, consumer and tenant protections. Nothing in them limits a legally required notice or process.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The website and its information are provided as they are. We try to keep them accurate but do not promise that listings are complete, current or free of error, or that the site will be uninterrupted. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

Suspension

We may restrict access to the website for someone who misuses it or threatens its security.
